Philip kipsang Towett can walk again with the help of crutches after he slipped and fractured his leg, while on his line of duty which grounded him to a hospital bed for 12 days. Imarisha Sacco came in to his much- needed help through Pongea Medical Welfare Fund after he was referred to St Lukes Hospital Eldoret for specialised treatment.
It’s through Pongea Medical Welfare fund that brought back Joy and happiness to Philip kipsang Towett a public servant working at County Government of Nandi; Kipsang said this during the Education day forum held at catholic hall Nandi County.
How have you benefited from Pongea Medical Welfare Fund?
“Imarisha Sacco came in when I needed them the most; it is even overwhelming explaining how grateful I am and that I can still resume my work after the accident that broke my legs prompting to an operation procedure.”Towett said in an interview with Imarisha Update.
Being a member, I sought refuge in imarisha Sacco, by seeking medical loan where he was advised to take the pongee product which covered all his bills of sh.360, 000.It was through this fund that he was able to be operated on and got all the necessary medical attention.
I am grateful that I am able to walk again though not using my two legs entirely am thankful for life and I thank Imarisha for this” Towett added.
